The Bristol Loaf is an artisan bakery situated on Church Road, Redfield. We are small, independent company who handcraft the tastiest breads as well as savouries, pastries and cakes. We use only the highest quality, organic ingredients sourced as locally and ethically as possible. In addition to our more traditional bakes, we also offer a range of vegetarian, vegan and non-gluten products.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have:

  • previous baking experience having recently worked in an environment making high quality pastries
  • experience in product development and a good creative attitude
  • an understanding for consumer trends and habits and an exquisite eye for detail
  • excellent organisational and time management skills
  • a desire to grow and adapt within an evolving start-up business
  • knowledge of health and safety procedures
  • an interest in using vegan and non-gluten ingredients
  • previous bread baking experience is a big bonus (not essential)
